The Regrainery is a small-time, custom furniture shop located in southeast Portland, Oregon.

Our business was founded in 2016, out of a small garage in Portland, OR. With time we’ve grown and our focus has become more specific, but our commitment to our quality and our client’s satisfaction has never changed.

We build our furniture by hand, and we intentionally keep our scale small so we can give the most attention to the needs of our projects.

Our team of woodworkers and craftspeople come from a variety of industries and educational backgrounds. We have had designers, print-makers, baristas, metal workers, guitar-makers, construction workers, semi-professional skiers, and engineer student dropouts.

We value a highly collaborative process (both with our team, and with our clients) and the variety of experience from our staff has, we believe, aided how we approach the craft, and helped us understand how to work with different clients.

But, commonplace among us is that we love the craft of woodworking, and we want to keep getting better at it.

Our shop is best set up for custom, one-off pieces for the home and office, but we also offer a small product list. We specialize in tables of all sorts, but we also enjoy building benches, desks, and even cabinetry.
